I bought one of these for my housemate as a gift, then bought one for myself. We're both pale with dark hair, and we've had excellent results. I have primarily used this on my legs and underarms, and the hair is definitely very sparse after a few weeks.

I wanted to wait until I had used this for a while before giving my opinion. Ive been using it for two months now for facial hair and it definitely works. I had very coarse hair with hyperpigmentation around my chin. Now all the pigmentation is gone and other than the few stubborn hairs the regrowth has almost completely stopped. Consistency is absolutely key! For the thin hair I noticed results in as little as two weeks but it took a month to see results for the coarse hair so be patient. The instructions say to use 3 times a week but I did every other day. !Disclaimer: I was only able to do every other day because it worked for my skin. If you have sensitive skin I would suggest following the instructions.

Here’s my review after using it for a year—it works so well! If you use it every 2–3 days for the first 3 months, the results will stay stable. After that, using it once a month is enough, and there’s almost no hair left. It’s very effective for arms, legs, and underarms. However, it didn’t work much for the bikini area, so I stopped trying. For thick hair area, it’s better to go to a professional. But for arms and legs, it’s amazing. After a year, you can see my picture, my leg's hair is so fine you can’t see it unless you look very closely. Sometime I forget to using this device for 1-2 months, the results still look good I don’t feel shy wearing shorts. Even though there are newer models now, this one is good enough. Highly recommend!

I have used this for 3 months now and I see a reduction in hair and slow hair growth. I really do not notice the hairs on my legs I bought this to use on. I have a combination of dark and blonde hair so I know it won't work on the blonde hairs, but it got my dark hairs. For the underarms and Brazilian, it is hard to tell because I had gone in for those laser treatments which I highly recommend going to a professional and just doing it that way. Its clearly more effective. I think more time will tell if it works. Additionally, I think this helped with my varicose veins.

For how much this cost, I was really hoping it was going to work. I was so embarrassed about my unwanted body hair and I was waxing or plucking at least once a week! It did take 5 weeks of my using it every other day for it to work, but it did work!!! I do have a few hairs that still show up but when I pluck them out, they come out so easily that I don’t even feel it. I have only used this on my legs, but I would highly recommend it to others because I am extremely happy with my results!
