We offer a 90-day return policy for Dermao products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, you can request a return and receive a full refund or an equal-value exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
If you experience any issues with your Dermao device after the initial 90 days, please refer to our Limited Warranty and contact us at hello@dermao.com with any questions or service requests.

All Dermao devices, as well as bundled product offerings that include the Dermao IPL are eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee when ordered directly from Dermao.
How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase
How to start a return
Click Start a Return – Dermao and follow the steps to start a return.
- Enter your email address and order number
- Select your return reason. If your item is damaged or defective, add a short description and attach a photo or video so our team can assess it
- Choose your preferred resolution
- Submit your request for approval. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label ,print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office
Please do not send anything back before your return is approved. Items returned without approval cannot be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.
Standard returns: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. A $8.99 restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective items: No return shipping or restocking fee — please see the Satisfaction Guarantee section below for full details.

Refunds
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of $ 8.99 . Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for the refund to process.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@dermao.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
