Refund policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day return policy for Dermao products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, you can request a return and receive a full refund or an equal-value exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

If you experience any issues with your Dermao device after the initial 90 days, please refer to our Limited Warranty and contact us at hello@dermao.com with any questions or service requests.

Eligible Products for Return

All Dermao devices, as well as bundled product offerings that include the Dermao IPL are eligible for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee when ordered directly from Dermao.

The Eraser may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase

You may submit a return or exchange request by emailing hello@dermao.com within 90 days of your purchase. Please include your name, order ID, and whether the item is damaged/defective or if you received the wrong product. Our team will follow up with return instructions. Return/exchange items must be dropped off or postmarked within 10 days of the confirmatory email from Dermao with your shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of €14.00. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for the refund to process.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@dermao.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
