Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, France, Netherlands, Switzerland (excluding customs duties), Spain, United States.

Shipping is carried out by DHL. Shipping costs (including VAT).

Domestic deliveries:

We charge a flat rate of 4.99 € per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of 75.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate for shipping costs to the above-mentioned countries abroad as follows: 6.99 €.

From an order value of 75.00 €, we deliver free of charge to the countries listed above.

The following shipping prices apply to our customers from Switzerland:

Up to an order value of 74.99 €, the shipping fee is 9.90 €.

From an order value of 75.00 €, delivery to Switzerland is free of charge.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, all orders require a processing time of 3–5 business days. After processing, the goods will be delivered within 10–12 business days following the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
